Job summary

HUB International Limited seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of High net-worth/Private Client insurance. You will deliver professional service to clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues, with autonomy and strong decision-making to retain and grow book of business.

You will support Producers, handle client communications, and ensure accurate data across HUB systems while maintaining compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of Personal Lines including High net-worth/Private Client insurance.
• Provides professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and colleagues.
• Supports Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business; may develop new business within policies and procedures.
• Documents conversations and updates HUB systems; ensures data accuracy.
