HUB International Limited in New York seeks a Personal Lines Service Account Manager to manage a book of insurance business with autonomy and professional service to clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues.

You will support Producers and Account Managers, handle transactions and renewals, analyze client objectives, and pursue cross-selling opportunities while maintaining HUB systems and collaborating with a diverse team. Travel as required to meet clients and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Customer service excellence with problem-solving.
• Experience in Private Client Service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Team player with ability to travel on business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business with autonomy and professional service.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Producers on client service, marketing, and renewal processes.
• Oversee preparation and processing of transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Understand clients’ insurance objectives and compare plans for suitability.
• Maintain data in HUB systems and build relationships with clients and carriers.
