Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Louisiana to oversee High net-worth/private client insurance books, delivering professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters and colleagues.

You will collaborate with Producers, manage transactions, analyze client objectives, maintain accurate data in HUB systems, and contribute to client retention and growth while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Decide on books of insurance business for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Oversee preparation and processing of all transactions and paperwork for accounts.
• Understand clients’ objectives and compare plans for suitability.
• Maintain data accuracy in HUB systems and communicate with carriers.
