Qualifications

• Associate degree in aviation management, logistics, or business; 1+ year of aviation, logistics, or travel industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of communication for charter operations.
• Support wholesale and owner flights from quote to trip completion, ensuring seamless customer experience and safe, efficient operations.
• Quote trips and book trips, verify passenger information against TSA lists, arrange catering, hotels, international handling, and ground transportation.
• Proactively address customer needs before, during, or after a flight; provide prompt and accurate quotes using the Operations System.
• Develop good relationships with customers, vendors, brokers, and colleagues.
• Maintain awareness of fleet movements through flight following and crew communication.
• Gain basic understanding of Part 135 requirements and fleet aircraft, airports, and scheduling software (training provided).
• Some evening/weekend/holiday on-call availability will be required.
