Job summary

Colony Brands, Inc. is seeking a Flight Logistics & Client Services Coordinator to support Part 135 charter and aircraft owner operations. You will manage trip logistics, communicate with customers, and provide real-time operational support from quote to trip completion.

The role emphasizes organization, composure under pressure, and customer focus. Prior aviation experience helps but is not required, and training on Part 135 and scheduling software will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Quoting trips, booking trips, TSA list verification, arranging catering, hotels, international handling, and ground transportation.
• Proactively addressing customer needs before, during, or after a flight.
• Providing prompt and accurate quotes using our Operations System and following up as appropriate.
• Developing good working relationships with customers, vendors, brokers, and colleagues.
• Maintaining awareness of fleet movements through flight following and crew communication.
• Gaining a basic understanding of Part 135 requirements and a working knowledge of fleet aircraft, airports, and scheduling software (training provided).
• Some evening/weekend/holiday on-call availability will be required.
