Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Flight Management Representative to support private aviation clients with exceptional service and seamless flight coordination. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed.

The position emphasizes planning domestic and international trips, coordinating logistics, and delivering top-tier customer experiences while maintaining compliance with regulations and client preferences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to ultra-high-net-worth clients in a high-touch environment.
• Working knowledge of private aviation and flight operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Flexibility for weekends/holidays and shift variety.
• Must obtain an Airport ID and have Office suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international client trips.
• Prepare itineraries including airports, FBOs, and transportation.
• Handle high-volume email communication and calls with clients and crews.
• Collaborate with crew, maintenance, and operations to execute flights within guidelines.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain client profiles in planning systems.
• Assign crewmembers per regulations and client requirements.
• Manage scheduling challenges and alt planning options.
• Coordinate client catering and ground transportation as needed.
• Brief crewmembers and debrief after each trip for accuracy.
