Job summary

PNC is seeking a Client Service Associate in Indianapolis, IN who will focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service. You will manage client requests, execute transactions, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues while adopting new digital tools to empower self-service for clients.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with < 1 year of professional experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills.
• Background in private banking or financial services preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains long term client relationships and actively manages client expectations to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Provides exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions (money movement, demographic update, beneficiary administration, security transfers, credit transactions, research requests).
• Identifies opportunities for digital tools to offer self-service solutions and serves as a point of contact for clients and internal partners.
• Communicates with internal partners to identify issues and works to resolve them with senior leadership; learns and understands technologies to support client consultation.
• Proactively seeks service improvements and solicits client input to drive satisfaction.
