Job summary

PNC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Client Service Associate within Private Banking. You will develop and maintain long-term client relationships, manage client expectations, and execute transactions with accuracy and care.

This in-office role emphasizes servicing clients, utilizing digital tools, resolving issues with senior leadership as needed, and contributing to continuous service improvements while upholding PNC's risk framework.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Experience in client service and financial products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains long term client relationships. Actively manages client expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and service.
• Provides exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement, demographic update, beneficiary administration, security transfers, credit transactions, and research requests.
• Identifies opportunities for use of digital tools to offer self-service solutions successfully.
• Serves as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary to senior leadership.
• Communicates with internal partners to identify potential issues and works to resolve them; learns existing technologies to support client consultation.
