Job summary

PNC is seeking a Client Service Associate in its Private Banking group based in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships and delivering superior service in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will manage client requests, perform transactions, and explore digital self-service options while coordinating with internal partners and senior leadership to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with <1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains long term client relationships; manages client expectations for satisfaction with products and service.
• Delivers exceptional client service and flawless execution on requests and transactions including money movement, updates, beneficiary administration and research requests.
• Identifies opportunities to use digital tools for self-service; serves as point of contact for clients and escalates issues to senior leadership as needed.
• Communicates with internal partners to identify issues and collaborates to resolve; stays informed on existing/upcoming technologies to support client consults.
• Proactively seeks service improvements and solicits client input to drive satisfaction.
