This role builds and maintains long-term client relationships, manages expectations, and delivers flawless service on client requests and transactions, including money movement and security transfers.

Qualifications

• University / college degree with <1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains long term client relationships.
• Actively manages client expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and service.
• Provides exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions such as money movement, demographic update, beneficiary administration, security transfers, credit transactions, and research requests.
• Identifies opportunities for use of digital tools to offer self-service solutions successfully.
