Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Prior Authorization Submitter to support our healthcare operations. This role focuses on preparing and submitting prior authorization packets, following up with payors, and maintaining accurate electronic records.

The position supports insurance review processes and requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of medical office experience and familiarity with diagnosis codes and prior

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year experience in a medical office with diagnosis codes, prior authorizations, insurance companies.
• One year experience submitting prior authorization for medical services.

Responsibilities

• Review funded cases and verify information is present and correct.
• Create prior authorization packets per payor requirements.
• Submit prior authorization requests per payer requirements.
• Save packets to electronic records.
• Document all steps to move cases forward in authorization process.
• Follow up on payor requests.
• Identify and report payor trends.
• Assist with other Intake functions as needed.
