Job summary

Revolution Technologies is seeking a Printer Support Technician in Richmond, VA to support client printing environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting, break/fix, and routine repairs to keep printers and copiers running.

You will configure scan-to-email, file sharing, user access, and device settings while managing supplies, asset tracking, and meter readings. Requires 1–2 years of printer support and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience supporting printers/copiers or resolving equipment issues.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder required.

Responsibilities

• Perform printer troubleshooting, break/fix and basic equipment repairs (about 70% of the role).
• Configure scan-to-email, file sharing, user access, software updates and device settings.
• Manage printer supplies, parts inventory, meter reads and asset tracking.
