Job summary

CTG is seeking a Printer Maintenance Associate in Richmond, VA to service Xerox printers and multifunction devices. The role involves driving to client locations with mileage reimbursement, monitoring device status, updating meters, and performing basic maintenance and software patches.

The candidate will train and support end users, handle basic diagnoses, and coordinate with the team for MAC moves and on-site service calls, typically 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma or equivalency.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Xerox copiers/printers/MFDs.
• Change toner, clear jams, take meter reads, inventory supplies.
• Drive between client locations and reimburse mileage.
• Provide IP address support and remote/onsite troubleshooting.
