Job summary

CTG is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide onsite support across Richmond, VA. You will diagnose and repair multifunction devices, copiers, and printers while delivering excellent customer service to clients.

Role requires driving your own vehicle, valid license, and ability to travel throughout the Richmond area. Candidates should have strong electro-mechanical skills and the ability to read schematics, with clear English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Must be able to travel within the Richmond area to service sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and customer service for equipment and clients.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain MFDs, copiers, printers, and related equipment.
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues per SLA.
• Travel to client sites within Richmond; drive own vehicle as needed.
• Follow safety procedures when working with electrical/mechanical components.
