What You’ll Do:

• Perform printer troubleshooting, break/fix & basic equipment repairs — about 70% of the role
• Configure scan-to-email/file, user access, software updates & device settings
• Manage printer supplies, parts inventory, meter reads & asset tracking

• Duration: 12-month continuous contract (benefits + 40hr work week + no end date)
• Pay: $17.85-$20.91/hr
• Experience: 1-2 years supporting printers/copiers or resolving equipment issues
• Customer Support: Strong communication and ability to work independently
• Physical: Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Education: High School Diploma/GED required
• Citizenship: Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
