Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking an Office Systems Associate 2 to join our field service team in Alaska. You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and installation for KM MFPs and assorted printers, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Travel locally to client sites, complete timesheets, and provide basic end-user training. You will work with Windows and Mac environments, load drivers, update firmware, and support sales with service insights.

Qualifications

• Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with printing from common business applications.
• Microsoft OS peer to peer and Mac OS client side of server environments.
• Must have excellent time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.
• Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFP and printers (Windows/Mac).
• Install/de-install equipment, configure and troubleshoot networking issues, load drivers and firmware upgrades.
• Travel locally to client sites and manage territory with strong customer communication.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning and copying functions.
• Provide sales support as needed and maintain accurate service documentation.
