Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Associate 2 in Portland, OR. If you are mechanically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and want to advance with a technology leader, this role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities.

You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and installations for KM MFPs and printers, including networking and driver loads. Local travel is required, with support for sales when needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with business equipment repair or maintenance is preferred.
• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting across Windows and Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Performs on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and installations for KM MFPs and other printers; configures networks and loads drivers.
• Travel locally daily to client sites and maintain strong customer communication.
• Occasionally travel for training and assist sales as needed.
• Maintain accurate territory inventory and submit timesheets and expenses on time.
