Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to service and repair KM MFPs, printers, and related digital products. You will travel locally to customer sites, perform diagnostics, and troubleshoot network printing/scanning issues on Windows and Mac platforms.

Training customers and maintaining detailed service documentation are essential. The role requires 2–4 years in technical repair, high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical repair or service of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent; additional IT certifications a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer call assistance on KM MFPs and printers (HP, Lexmark, etc.).
• Install/de-install equipment, configure and troubleshoot networking (Printing/Scanning) on Windows/Mac OS; load drivers and firmware upgrades.
• Travel locally to customer sites daily; occasionally travel for training; manage territory workload and maintain customer relations.
• Provide training to customers on basic printing, scanning, and copying functions; complete timesheets and expense reports.
