Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Associate 2 to join our field service team in Alaska.

If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy solving problems, you’ll perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs for KM MFPs and printers, and assist customers with installation and basic setup. You will travel locally to client sites, troubleshoot networking, load drivers, and keep service literature up to date.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFP and printers & non-KM printers; install/de-install equipment; configure and troubleshoot networking on Windows/Mac; load drivers; transfer address books; firmware upgrades.
• Travel locally to client sites daily; manage territory workload and maintain customer communication and satisfaction.
• Occasionally travel outside local area for training.
• Communicate with management on customer or field issues.
• Complete training classes and service those products; request assistance as needed.
• Follow call handling procedures while meeting productivity metrics.
• Use company assets to access parts books, manuals, and service literature; become familiar with contents.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for the territory.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports.
• Provide sales support as required.
