Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site and shop maintenance for Canon-supported products across Port St. Lucie and surrounding areas.

You will deliver exceptional service while traveling to customer sites and maintaining equipment in accordance with Service and Parts Standards. This customer-facing role requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the PDIF new-hire class.
• Ability to travel with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to obtain required security/clearances for customer sites.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report to your manager on product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and contribute to branch/district metrics.
• Support on-site and remote service as required to ensure service quality.
