Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver top-level service while maintaining Canon-supported products at customer sites across Port St. Lucie and surrounding areas in Florida.

The role requires travel, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to comply with customer policies, including potential COVID-19 related measures. You will report trends, perform on-site maintenance, and uphold Canon standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.
• Must obtain security/clearances required by customers.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to your manager product failure trends with documentation.
• Providing efficient, responsive on-site maintenance.
• Maintaining all technical information and Canon property records.
• Showcasing strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintaining the performance of assigned machines and contributing to branch targets.
