Canon USA is seeking a field service professional to ensure product quality and effective field execution across Central and Southeast regions. The role requires residence near an airport and up to 70% travel, domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of related field service experience.
• Associates degree in Mechanical or Electronics or equivalent.
• Advanced computer skills (networking, multi OS, Windows Server, Linux).
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.
• Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment, including on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing third-level technical support to field engineers.
• Support field for new product introductions and installations.
• Train engineers on tools, methods, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Audit accounts/equipment for performance and report findings.
• Escalate issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Communicate escalation status to management.
