Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 4–6 years of related field experience.
• Associates degree in Mechanical or Electronics preferred.
• Field service experience with printers and testing/diagnostics required.
• Advanced computer skills including networking and multiple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing third-level technical support to field engineers and troubleshoot problems on equipment.
• Support new product introductions and installations.
• Train other engineers in tools, work methods, and technical tips to improve performance.
• Audit accounts/equipment for performance and report findings to ensure company standards.
• Escalate issues promptly to minimize customer downtime.
• Inform Canon USA Management on escalation status.
• Troubleshoot MICR issues and answer MICR related questions.
