Job summary

HP is seeking a Print Sales Specialist to specialize in sales, manage key account relationships, and provide expertise on HP's products and services. The role focuses on achieving quotas, developing proposals, landing new logos, and ensuring smooth hand-offs.

You will own print-focused selling activities aligned to an account strategy, collaborate with ownership teams and AE/Pursuit resources, and build productive relationships with channel partners to drive pipeline and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5–10+ years in sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Experience managing sales processes and building customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of market trends and turning insights into business opportunities.
• Experience navigating complex organizational structures to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in sales and collaborate with Ownership Teams.
• Manage account relationships and provide HP product expertise.
• Achieve quotas and develop proposals.
• Land new logos and hand-offs.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Collaborate with AE and Pursuit resources to pursue opportunities.
• Own Print selling activities aligned to account strategy and collaborate on Route to Market decisions.
• Develop relationships with print-focused channel partners to drive pipeline.
• Ensure pipeline management and quotas.
• Establish professional client relationships up to C-level to propose solutions.
• New Pipeline – independently generate pipeline for HP’s Print/Solutions offering.
• Qualify and Update Opportunities – document strategy throughout the sales process.
• Pipeline Management – partner with sales lead for sizing and visibility.
• Implementation and Adoption – collaborate with Customer Success; conduct handover meetings.
• Assist with Account Plans (SAR), QBR, VAS and solutions materials.
