Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in our high-volume store. You will lead the print production process, manage equipment and supplies, and uphold our customer‑centric culture and 5C values.

You will open and close the store as a Key Carrier, train and coach team members, optimize operations, and partner with associates to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining visual standards and strong profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations and logistics.
• Experience with visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Drive sales through training and development of associates in print.
• Lead and coach team to improve proficiency and brand loyalty.
• Open and close the store as a Key Carrier; manage cash handling.
• Operate print equipment and monitor supplies to ensure on-time orders.
