Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in a high-volume store. You will lead the print center, manage equipment and supplies, and uphold our 5C values while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with responsibilities as a Key Carrier opening/closing the store and coaching a high-performing team to meet quality and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–3 years related experience in retail or print services
• Minimum 2 years of management experience or equivalent development within the organization
• Experience in Print Center operations and handling print production
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising

Responsibilities

• Oversee all print production processes within the Print Services area
• Lead, coach, and develop store associates to deliver print-related sales and service excellence
• Ensure timely and accurate customer orders and high-quality print materials
• Open and close the store as a Key Carrier and maintain security
• Monitor print supplies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
