Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in a high-volume store. You will lead print operations, manage print equipment, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our 5C values.

You will also act as a Key Carrier, open/close the store, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. A customer-centric approach and passion for print are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations, logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Ensure sales techniques and training in print and across the store.
• Lead and develop associates for print processes and selling techniques.
• Operate equipment in Print Services to meet on-time delivery and quality.
• Open/close duties as a Key Carrier and maintain store security.
