Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service in a high-volume store. You will oversee print production, equipment, and supplies while developing a customer-centric environment and leading a team.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong print services knowledge, and a commitment to exceptional service and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Ensure the execution of Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Drives a sales-focused environment through the training and development of all associates, inclusive of print.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all associates to ensure understanding of print processes and selling techniques.
• Facilitate training sessions on the business model and holistic service offering for clients/customers.
• Observe, coach, and provide feedback to enhance associate proficiency and build trust and brand loyalty.
