Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager in our high-volume store to lead print sales, service growth, and visual merchandising while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role includes managing print production, equipment, and supplies, and cultivating a customer-centric culture aligned with 5C values.

You will also act as a Key Carrier, opening and closing the store, and adapting to a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Execute Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and store-wide.
• Train and develop all associates in print processes and selling techniques.
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance associate proficiency and brand loyalty.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities as External Key Carrier and secure store assets.
