Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• 2+ years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Execute Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and store-wide.
• Lead and develop associates to improve print processes and selling skills.
• Operate all print equipment to ensure orders are completed on time and accurately.
• Open/close responsibilities and store security as a Key Carrier.
