Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Expertise in Print Services and related systems.
• Proficient with role-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences in Print Department.
• Drive sales through training and development of associates in print.
• Lead and coach associates to improve print processes and customer service.
• Operate all equipment within Print Services to ensure on-time orders.
• Maintain store security and perform opening/closing responsibilities.
