Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in our high-volume store. You will oversee the print production process, manage equipment and supplies, and lead a customer-centric team focused on exceptional service and store standards.

As a Key Carrier on duty, you’ll open/close the store, train associates, and ensure safety and loss prevention. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Ensure the execution of Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Drives a sales-focused environment through the training and development of all associates, inclusive of print.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
