Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager in a high-volume store to drive print sales and service growth. You will oversee print production, manage equipment and supplies, and mentor a team to deliver quality products and outstanding customer experiences.

You will open/close the store as a Key Carrier, work flexible hours, and help maintain visual merchandising for print services while engaging with the local community and upholding Office Depot's 5C values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience or internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Lead sales training and development in print and across the store.
• Coach associates to improve print processes and selling techniques.
• Operate all Print Services equipment to ensure on-time orders.
• Perform opening and closing duties as a Key Carrier.
• Maintain store safety and loss prevention compliance.
