Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Print Manager at our Long Beach location to lead print operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee all print production processes, manage equipment and supplies, and foster a customer‑centric store culture aligned with our 5C values.

As a Key Carrier and on‑duty leader, you will open/close the store, train staff, and implement efficiency improvements while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Ensure the execution of selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Drives a sales‑focused environment through the training and development of all associates, inclusive of print.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
