Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to lead the print department in a high-volume store, driving print sales, service growth, and strong client satisfaction. You will oversee all print production, manage equipment and supplies, and mentor a team while upholding Office Depot 5C values.

This role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities as a Key Carrier and store leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in retail or print environments.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Ensure memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Execute Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Drive a sales-focused environment through training and development of all associates.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all associates on print processes.
• Observe, coach, and give feedback to improve associate proficiency and brand loyalty.
• Open and close the store as a Key Carrier and manage store opening/closing duties.
• Operate all equipment in Print Services to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
