Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service in a high-volume store. You will lead a customer-centric Print Department, manage print production, and coach staff to deliver quality materials and exceptional service.

As a Key Carrier, you will open/close the store and ensure operational excellence while promoting Office Depot 5C values: Caring, Committed, Creative, Collaborative, & Courageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivering memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Execute Office Depot selling techniques and sales training.
• Lead and train associates on print processes and selling techniques.
• Open/close responsibilities and store operations as a Key Carrier.
• Maintain print equipment, supplies, and quality control.
