Job summary

The role coordinates workflows, schedules, and resources, while maintaining equipment and supplies to deliver consistent outcomes.

You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to improve processes, assist with special projects, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of print production processes, digital printing technologies, finishing methods, and quality assurance standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency with print production software and digital workflow tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat Pro, Fiery Command WorkStation, and related production applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain production requirements and provide guidance to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of print production requests, ensuring projects are prioritized appropriately and completed on time, within quality standards, and according to customer requirements.
• Manage print production workflows from project intake through final delivery, maintaining accurate project records and supporting effective communication among customers, creative teams, vendors, and production staff.
• Support the production of a wide range of printed materials by applying expertise in digital printing technologies, production processes, and finishing methods to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure print jobs meet established quality standards through review of production specifications, proofs, and final outputs, resolving issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate the preparation, packaging, and distribution of completed print materials to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
