Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in printing workflows.
• Experience with schedules, data, and quality checks.
• Ability to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily print schedules and job tickets.
• Create Excel spreadsheets and maintain data.
• Manage electronic files in the database.
• Communicate job status with management and teams.
• Coordinate customer sample requirements with client services.
• Monitor production progress to meet customer requirements.
• Support safety initiatives and participate in the Safety Committee.
• Maintain positive relations with managers and employees.
• All other duties as assigned.
