• Basic computer literacy and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via emails, calls, texts and meetings.
• Oversee workflow and ensure tasks meet SLA requirements.
• Train team on workflow changes and maintain service activity records.
• Act as main client contact for daily activity when needed.
• Perform print production tasks and basic equipment maintenance.
