Job summary

ABC Imaging in Miami is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on Print Production and Client Support. You will be the primary contact for clients, coordinating printing projects, handling inquiries, quotes, and orders, and guiding customers on files, timelines, and options to ensure high-quality results.

You will collaborate with prepress, production, and finishing teams, maintain accurate records, and resolve issues promptly to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced printing

Qualifications

• Experience in printing, graphics, or print production preferred.
• Background in customer service, account coordination, or client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats (PDF, InDesign, etc.), and production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven print production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with print management or job tracking systems is a plus.
