Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–5 years of experience in a print center or similar environment.
• Familiarity with print processes and basic troubleshooting of copiers/printers.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests according to urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within timeframes and maintain service logs.
• Perform minor maintenance, clear paper jams and call for service when needed.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor supplies inventory.
• Inform clients of estimated completion times and handle delays.
• Support print center operations and assist with mail/scan duties as directed.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity.
