Job summary

Canon Business Process Services in Indianapolis is seeking a Copy Operator to provide exceptional customer service and handle print production tasks using copy/print equipment for cutting, binding, and laminating. You will also service copiers and printers and support daily office operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–5 years of experience in a print center, with strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lb. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with print center operations and reproduction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests according to complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain logs.
• Perform minor maintenance of reproduction equipment and solve paper jams.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor print supplies inventory.
• Inform clients of estimated completion times and resolve delays or issues.
