You will review, prioritize, and submit print requests, ensure quality, deliver jobs on time, and maintain service logs. Strong communication and a professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years experience in a print center preferred.
• Familiarity with print center operations helpful.
• Knowledge of high/low speed duplicating equipment beneficial.
• Proficiency with reproduction-related equipment (fax, scanner, punches, staplers, folders, binders etc.).
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.
• Excellent customer service, professional appearance and communication is essential.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Follow directives and handle physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize print requests from multiple sources.
• Submit outputs that meet instructions and quality standards.
• Deliver print jobs on time and maintain service logs.
• Perform minor maintenance like clearing jams and routine cleaning.
• Take meter readings and monitor print supplies and stock.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports for billing.
