Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests from various sources.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain service logs.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot duplicating machines and printers.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor supplies and stock.
• Inform clients of ETA and resolve issues to client satisfaction.
• Assist in opening/closing the print center and keep area organized.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports for productivity and billing.
