Job summary

Tag is seeking an Account Executive, Sourcing to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient production management. You will liaise with clients and suppliers, coordinate print and premium programs, and oversee costings, timelines, and sampling to deliver quality campaigns.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and track production against specs and budgets, while developing a deep understanding of the client's business sector and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in print procurement or print management.
• Experience in managing budgets and achieving targets.
• Excellent client-facing and customer service skills.
• Commercially strong and numerate.

Responsibilities

• Full understanding of litho (sheet/web) print process and supplier selection.
• Advise on cost-effective formats and supplier coordination.
• Provide technical input on print projects and required negotiations.
• Procurement of print and ensuring on-time delivery to spec and budget.
• Produce detailed print specifications to suppliers and track progress.
• Adhere to ordering authorization and billing process and budget.
