Job summary

Tag is seeking an Account Executive, Sourcing to manage customer service and delivery for print campaigns. You will liaison with clients and suppliers, process quotations, and keep clients updated on progress.

You will select suppliers, negotiate costs and timelines, and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Responsibilities include understanding litho print processes, advising on suppliers, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in print procurement or print vendor management.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing budgets and meeting targets.
• Excellent client-facing and customer service abilities.
• Numerate with commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Understand litho print processes and advise on suitable equipment and suppliers.
• Suggest cost-effective formats and work with clients/vendors for print projects.
• Provide technical input on print projects as needed.

• Capture accurate client requirements and produce production briefs.
• Create detailed print specs for suppliers.
• Track project progress in procurement tools.
• Follow ordering and billing procedures within budget.
