Job summary

Tag is seeking an Account Executive, Sourcing to manage customer service and product delivery through close liaison with clients and suppliers on print and campaign management services. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, timely quotations, and regular progress updates.

You will work with the central procurement team to select suppliers, negotiate costs and timelines, manage benchmarks, and ensure internal procedures are followed. Orders must be processed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in print procurement or print management
• Experience managing a budget and achieving targets
• Excellent client-facing and customer service skills
• Commercially strong and numerate
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and stay goal-focused
• Team player with positive attitude and motivation
• Proficient in MS Office
• Organized with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Full understanding of litho (sheet/web) print process; advise on suppliers
• Derive cost-effective formats with clients/vendors
• Provide technical input on print projects as required
• Procurement of print; deliver on time and to spec
• Formulate full production briefs from client information
• Produce detailed print specifications to suppliers
• Maintain tracking of all projects in procurement tool
• Follow ordering authorization and billing process
• Work within Tag's operating budget
• Develop understanding of client's business and industry sector
• Build relationships with clients and manage expectations
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers
• Understand industry tech direction and benefits to client
• Resolve client/supplier issues; escalate when needed
• Apply best practice principles
