Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement concepts.
• Ability to read and explain safety rules and production orders.
• Experience training crew members and leading shifts.
• Strong communication across shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

• Review job specs and material/setup requirements.
• Lead setup tasks and monitor runs for quality.
• Troubleshoot product/equipment issues mid-run.
• Provide shift hand-off communication and direction to crew.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and engage maintenance as needed.
