Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant client service/administrative/operational support.
• Excellent knowledge of the functional area and ability to apply policies and procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; capable of cross‑department collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office/MAC and Google Suite to complete duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials and related services for clients.
• Maintain positive client relations through all stages of manufacturing and delivery.
• Develop solutions to client concerns and assist with pricing/scheduling when needed.
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage priorities to meet business needs.
• Assist sales with RFPs, pre-sales support, and paperwork for timely billing.
• Support warehousing, distribution needs, and vendor coordination as required.
• Ensure accurate job instructions in manufacturing systems and production schedules.
