• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials and related services for clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships throughout the manufacturing process.
• Provide and develop solutions to client concerns and process improvements.
• Mentor junior staff by providing reviews and sharing expertise.
• Verify job instructions in systems and queue into production schedule.
• May provide pre-sales support and discuss capabilities with clients.
